Trip scratchpad

Planning starts messy: a pasted blog post, three restaurant names from a friend, a rough budget table. Most trips end up with a doc on the side to hold all of it. The scratchpad replaces that doc: a full-height notepad inside every trip with real formatting, bullets, links, and simple tables. Everyone editing the trip shares one pad and can see who touched it last. The notes live where the plan lives.
